Four Winds & Associates is committed to assisting Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal communities, organizations and individuals develop the appropriate tools, resources and expertise needed to enhance their ability and reach their goals.

Our approach is to build capacity and develop resources within the community.  To achieve this, government, industry, Aboriginal groups and organizations must work together to assist Aboriginal communities to develop the skills and expertise needed to be independent, self-reliant and confident. 

Capacity Building focuses on the strengths and abilities of the community, while recognizing the value of the community.  Building capacity is the process of recognizing, strengthening and enhancing the skills and abilities that already exist and working in cooperation with others to achieve stability, growth and self-sufficiency.
